The four types of nursing assessment are: 1. Initial assessment, 2. Focused assessment, 3. Time-lapsed assessment, and 4. Emergency assessment. The first stage is to discover the problem by gathering patient’s medial history and running a few tests. After that, the information is used to make a plan. Focused assessment is to keep a track of patient’s health and look for every changes. The third stage is to check how the patient responds against the medical care. Lastly, emergency assessment is to check the patient’s breating, circulation, and airway in an urgent case. The nursing students have to write assignment to discuss these in detail. Therefore, they can get Nursing Essay Writing Service UK and get their assistance.
