the computer has been giving me this error the last few days it wot let windows update.i have no viruses .i have done everything they sugested on the microsoft web help thing and it still wont update.i have syestem restore  clean booted everything else help please

When those things have happened to me, I've had a virus.  I take it to the techs and they clean it and get it back in good working order.  Sometimes they can do it over the phone--believe it or not--and clean it while you watch them take over your computer--and they haven't charged me a dime.. :)
